end-text referencing

A works cited list (also called a “bibliography” or a “reference list”) appears at the end of an essay and lists all the sources (books, journal articles, etc.) referred to in the essay in alphabetical order by author surname (or the first word of the reference).
EXAMPLE:
works_cited
TASK: Read the article below then try to spot the error in the reference list above!
FORMATTING:
Works cited lists are commonly formatted with a hanging indent. This means the first line, with the author name, is on the far left, and all the subsequent lines are inset by a tab space, as in the example above. To format your works cited list with a hanging indent, follow the guide below: MS Word 2010 and Open/Libre Office Writer – http://www.wikihow.com/Do-a-Hanging-Indent
