TUBITAK 2544 Türkiye-Japan Bilateral funding is approved

Our TUBITAK 2544 proposal entitled “Creation of Innovative Ultra-Low-Loss Microstructured Polymer Optical Fibers for Next-Generation Terahertz Wireless Communication” is approved for funding. Each year only two projects receive funding in this program, and we are extremely happy to be one of the recipient this year. We are looking for highly motivated graduate and undergraduate students to work…

Manuscript accepted by Small

Our work entitled “Scalable fabrication of MXene-PVDF nanocomposite triboelectric fibers via thermal drawing” was accepted for publication in Small. In this work, we developed a novel method to integrate MXene into polymer fibers by thermal fiber drawing. We investigated the energy harvesting properties of the fiber, and demonstrated the fiber as a self-powered sensor for biomotion.
