Our article entitled “Zirconia nanoparticle coating for high-strength and alkali-resistant glass fibers” was published in the Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids. In this work, we utilized zirconia nanoparticles to coat E-glass fibers to improve the mechanical and chemical properties of glass fibers. This work was supported by TUBITAK program 1004, and performed in a collaboration with Şişecam.
